VIRALA is a brand that represents a blend of the finest elements of southern living and outdoor recrecreation. Born in the Heart of Dixie, VIRALA was created out of a passion to preserve and promote the traditions and activities which are sacred to us here in the deep south.

Virala Plantation is a 4th generation family owned and operated property focused on wildlife management and hospitality. Located in Fitzpatrick, Alabama it is a sportsman's paradise. Here you can experience some of the finest hunting and fishing in the southeast US. Whitetail deer, turkey, wild boar, coyote, dove and various species of waterfowl can all be found on the property. Virala Sporting Dogs is an elite gun dog training and breeding program. We produce, train, and sell our own line of retrievers under the name VIRALA. We also offer overnight boarding services for all dog breeds.

Ehney Camp IV, master dog trainer and founder of VSD. What started with a family dog and duck hunting hobby, is now a lifestyle. He has taken his talent for dog handling to highest levels of competition and with his experience as a life-long fowl hunter, he knows how to develop world class gun dogs.

John Wheeler Camp

Property Manager

John Wheeler is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for conservation.

With natural leadership qualities and innovative thinking, he serves as an excellent General Manager for the brand. He is also a student at the University of Alabama, studying Environmental Science and Natural Resources.
